Danish Fruitcake

- Cream oleomargarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
- Combine the egg mixture with the creamed mixture.
- Stir in buttermilk and orange juice.
- Fold in coconut, white raisins, black walnuts, and candied fruit.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
