Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 pound bologna, ground
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 cup finely rolled cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Cook brown sugar, vinegar, water, and dry mustard together for 10 minutes to make the syrup.
  2. Combine ground bologna, hamburger, cracker crumbs, salt, and beaten egg with half of the syrup.
  3. Place the mixture in a pan and cover with the remaining syrup.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour until cooked through.
