Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oleo
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped dates
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine the eggs, oleo, brown sugar, chopped dates, and salt in a frying pan and place on low heat.
  2. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Pour the mixture over Rice Krispies and chopped nuts.
  5. Roll into small balls and then roll each in coconut.
