Ingredients

  • 14 crushed Unida Bisquit, unsalted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 oz. dates, cut up
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  2. Fold in all other ingredients gently into the egg whites.
  3. Pour the mixture into a square or 8- or 9-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes until golden.
