Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c boiling water
  • 1 pkg chopped dates
  • 1/4 c Mandarin orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar
  • 3/4 c pineapple juice
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges
  • 1/2 c chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the lemon Jell-O with boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Add chopped dates, Mandarin orange juice, vinegar, pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, Mandarin oranges, and chopped nuts.
  3. Chill until the mixture is firm before serving.
