Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, chopped dates, mayonnaise, and chopped pecans in a bowl.
  2. Chill the mixture overnight.
  3. Spread a light layer of the mixture on one slice of brown wheat bread.
  4. Top with another slice of brown wheat bread to form a sandwich.
  5. Remove crusts from the sandwich and cut into thirds.
