Ingredients

  • sour cream
  • green onion
  • containerfresh salsa
  • shredded cheese
  • black olives
  • mayonnaise
  • beans
  • avocados

Instructions

  1. Mix can of refried beans well with the sour cream and mayonnaise - then stir in half of the seasoning packet.
  2. Save the other half for the next time you make this (or when you make tacos).
  3. Spread bean mixture into the bottom of a medium casserole dish.
  4. Layer all the other ingredients: cheese, then salsa, then chopped avocado, then green onion.
  5. Dot with black olives if desired.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
  7. There have been times that I've packed this for lunch at work.
