Instructions

  1. Marinate artichoke hearts and mushrooms for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Separate the crescent roll dough into 8 triangles.
  4. Place the triangles in an ungreased pie pan, pressing over the bottom and up the sides to form a crust.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Cut salami into strips and sprinkle over the bottom of the crust.
  7. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese over the salami.
  8. Drain artichokes and mushrooms from marinade and sprinkle over the cheese.
  9. Top with sliced green onions, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, sliced olives, and sliced pimentos.
  10. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
