Ingredients

  • 1 duck breast, cut lengthwise 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • crushed crackers
  • seasoned salt

Instructions

  1. Score the skin side of the duck breast.
  2. Soak the duck breast overnight in soy sauce.
  3. Preheat a charcoal grill to a very hot temperature.
  4. Before grilling, put 3 drops of hot sauce on the scored side of the breast.
  5. Grill the scored side of the duck breast for 1 1/2 minutes.
  6. Flip the breast and grill the other side for 1 minute.
