Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. steak
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 cup flour
  • small amount buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup meal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic pepper seasoning

Instructions

  1. Pound the steak to 1/4-inch thickness.
  2. Season the steak with half of the salt and garlic pepper seasoning.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  4. Add buttermilk to the beaten eggs.
  5. Place the steak in a dish and pour the egg mixture over it.
  6. Refrigerate the steak with the egg mixture for 1 hour.
