Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9 x 12-inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. Spread one can of crescent rolls on the bottom of the pan.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon, and egg yolk until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent rolls in the pan.
  5. Unroll and place the second can of crescent rolls over the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Brush the top with the egg white.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
