Ingredients

  • 1 large fryer, cooked and boned
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Put the cooked and boned chicken on the bottom of a 3-quart casserole dish.
  2. Chip the boiled eggs over the chicken.
  3. Mix the undiluted cream of celery soup with the chicken broth; pour this mixture over the chicken and eggs.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix 1 1/2 sticks of melted butter, 1 1/2 cups of milk, and 1 1/2 cups of self-rising flour.
  5. Pour the flour mixture over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake at 350°F for one hour.
