Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
  • 8 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 lb. chicken wings

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs and soy sauce in a bowl; add remaining ingredients to form a batter.
  2. Chop off the wing tips and split each chicken wing into two pieces.
  3. Soak the prepared wings overnight in the batter.
  4. Deep fry the wings until golden and crispy.
