Tips & Substitutions

For a spicier kick, consider adding a dash of Sriracha to the marinade. If you don't have hoisin sauce, a mixture of soy sauce and a bit of honey can work as a substitute. For the chicken, thighs provide juiciness, but boneless breasts are a lighter option. Ensure even cooking by cutting larger pieces into uniform sizes.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the hoisin-glazed chicken over steamed rice or alongside stir-fried vegetables for a complete meal. It pairs beautifully with Oriental Chicken Broccoli for a vibrant platter. For a fresh touch, garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds before serving.

Storage & Reheating

Leftover hoisin-glazed chicken can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the chicken in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through. This helps maintain the dish's moisture and flavor.
