Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch rectangular pan to form a crust.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes to set the crust.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Spread the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the flaked coconut evenly over the condensed milk layer.
- Melt the butterscotch chips and spread over the coconut layer.
