Deliciously layered Mound Bars feature a crunchy graham cracker crust topped with sweet coconut and butterscotch, finished with a chocolate chip coating—perfect for satisfying sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans finely flaked coconut
  • 1 package butterscotch chips
  • 1 package chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar; press into the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch rectangular pan to form a crust.
  2. Bake in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes to set the crust.
  3. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  4. Spread the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the flaked coconut evenly over the condensed milk layer.
  6. Melt the butterscotch chips and spread over the coconut layer.
  7. Melt the chocolate chips and spread over the butterscotch layer.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator until set, then cut into bars and serve.
