Ingredients

  • 1 package white or yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Grease two bread pans.
  4. Pour half of the batter into each prepared bread pan.
  5. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon on top of each batter-filled pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
