Instructions
- Bake cake in 11 x 18 x 1-inch cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Let cool thoroughly.
- Mix pudding, using 1 3/4 cups milk.
- Add cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Spread over top of cake like frosting.
- Add pineapple over pudding.
- Spread Cool Whip like icing.
- Sprinkle with generous coating of coconut.
- Add cherries, if desired.
