Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese.
  2. Blend the softened cream cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, and 2 teaspoons vanilla together until smooth.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker pie shell.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  5. Mix sour cream, 2 teaspoons vanilla, and 1/2 cup sugar together.
  6. Spread the sour cream mixture over the baked cream cheese layer.
  7. Return to the oven and bake at 400°F for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and chill thoroughly.
  9. Top with your favorite fresh or canned fruit before serving.
