Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. sliced onions
  • 3 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 2/3 c. pre-cooked rice
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Stir to moisten the pre-cooked rice and then mix in the vegetable oil, sliced onions, chicken wings, tomatoes, water, salt, parsley, and chili powder.
  2. Cover and simmer slowly for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed.
