Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. sharp grated cheese
  • 4 (10 oz.) packages broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with finely chopped onion, Dijon mustard, salt, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  3. Fill each egg half with the yolk mixture.
