Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb small shell or elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled ⓘ
- 6 hardboiled eggs,chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 small sweet onion finely chopped ⓘ
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp celery seed ⓘ
- 1 salt and pepper to taste ⓘ
- 1 cayenne pepper or smoked paprika for garnish ⓘ
Instructions
- Place macaroni, eggs and onion in a large serving bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients except cayenne or paprika.
- Mix well and add to pasta mixture.
- Mix gently but well and allow at least 2 hrs to chill before serving.
- Garnish with a few dashes of cayenne or paprika.
