Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. mayo or salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs in half, placing yolks in a small bowl.
  2. Crush yolks with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to the yolks. Mix well.
  4. Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
