Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 chopped medium pickles
  • 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain, peel, and cool eggs for about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove yolks and add them to chopped pickles, Miracle Whip, sugar, dill weed, salt, pepper, chopped onion, and chopped celery. Stir well.
  4. Fill each egg half with about 1 tablespoon of the yolk mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and chill until cool.
  6. Garnish with celery leaves before serving.
  7. If any remaining egg mixture exists, use it to make a sandwich.
