Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 can deviled ham
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • green onion, minced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. Mash the yolks and deviled ham together in a small bowl.
  3. Add sweet pickle relish, sour cream, mustard, minced green onion, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  4. Mix well until smooth and combined.
  5. Stuff the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
