Ingredients

  • 8 oz. crab meat
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • 4 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • few dashes pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 to 3 dashes oregano leaves
  • 2 to 3 dashes garlic powder
  • 4 drops Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-cooked eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl; mash well.
  3. Add finely chopped celery, mayonnaise, dry mustard, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, oregano, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the yolks. Mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the crab meat until combined.
  5. Stuff the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
