Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1½ cups grated American cheese
  • 1 (No. 1/2) can tuna

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and turn into a greased 6 x 10-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake in a 375°F oven until firm and light brown, about 1 hour.
  3. Cut into squares and top each with catsup or chili sauce.
