Ingredients

  • sour cream
  • grated monterey
  • pepper
  • chili powder
  • parsley flakes
  • cream cheese
  • jalapeno bean
  • cheddar
  • chives

Instructions

  1. Mix first six ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Spread in ungreased 9x13 pan.
  3. Sprinkle chili powder over top, adding more if necessary to cover.
  4. Add layer of Monterey Jack cheese then layer of cheddar cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with chili powder.
  6. Bake in 350°F oven for about 20 minutes or for 40 minutes for a crispy effect.
