A comforting casserole blending creamy soups, rice, and tender chicken for a quick family dinner with a subtle mushroom and chicken flavor profile.

Instructions
- Lightly grease a 2½‑quart casserole dish.
- Mix together the condensed cream of mushroom soup, condensed cream of chicken soup, minced onion, and sherry.
- Spread ½ cup of raw white rice in the bottom of the casserole.
- Place 3 to 4 pieces of broiler‑fryer chicken or boneless breasts on top of the rice.
- Pour half of the soup mixture over the chicken and sprinkle with half the Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
