Maple Pumpkin Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and spice; set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients.
- Stir into dry ingredients just until blended (do not overmix).
- Fill paper lined or greased muffin pan 3/4 full.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool 5 minutes.
- Remove from pan.
- Serve warm.
- Makes about 18.
