- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix 1 1/4 cups flour, 1 stick of butter, and 1 cup pecans to make the crust.
- Press the crust mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 to 15 minutes until golden. Cool.
- In a saucepan, cook berries, water, 1/2 cup flour, and sugar until thickened.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Mix the cream cheese mixture into the berry filling.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let the dessert cool. Then top with berries and small dollops of Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate before serving.
