Diabetic Cherry Salad

Instructions
- Dissolve the sugar-free cherry Jell-O in boiling water.
- Add the caffeine-free diet Coke to the dissolved Jell-O.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to slightly thicken.
- Dissolve the Equal packets in 1/2 cup water and fold into the gelatin mixture.
- Add the crushed pineapple, cherry pie filling, and nuts (if desired) into the gelatin mixture and fold gently.
- Return the mixture to the refrigerator until it is firmly set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
