Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. pimiento, chopped
  • 1 tsp. green pepper
  • 1 tsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. sugar replacement
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except vegetable cooking spray.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 325° F for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the pudding is firm.
