Ingredients

  • 2 pie shells, cooked and cooled
  • 12 oz cottage cheese
  • 1 box unsweetened flavored jello
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, unsweetened
  • 8 oz Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix cottage cheese and sprinkle in dry jello, then stir until well combined.
  2. Add cornstarch, drained crushed pineapple, and unsweetened fruit cocktail, then gently fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the two cooked and cooled pie shells.
