Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add beaten eggs, salt, and melted cooled butter.
- Gradually add sifted flour to form a sticky dough.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead, adding more flour until not sticky.
- Place in a large crock or container and let rise for 5 hours.
- Divide the risen dough into 3 parts and add just enough flour to permit rolling.
- Roll out each part into rectangles and brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Cut each rectangle into 1 1/4 inch thick slices and place in well-greased pans.
- Do not cover the pans.
- Let sit for 8 hours or overnight to rise again.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and frost the rolls.
- Can be frozen for later use.
