Ingredients

  • 1 can French-style beans
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 medium onion
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain the French-style beans, whole kernel corn, and golden mushroom soup, then mix them together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the vegetable mixture into a casserole dish.
  3. Melt 1 stick of margarine and crush 1 pack of Ritz crackers.
  4. Add the crushed crackers to the melted margarine and mix well.
  5. Spread the cracker mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes or until done.
