Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, dried

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes with skins on, then peel and slice.
  2. Mix all ingredients together to prepare the dressing.
  3. Layer a portion of potatoes in a casserole dish.
  4. Spread with dressing mixture and repeat layers, ending with the dressing.
  5. Refrigerate before serving.
