Ingredients

  • 1 large can salmon, boned and drained
  • 2 whole beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda

Instructions

  1. Drop teaspoonfuls of the salmon mixture into deep hot fat.
  2. Turn once to brown evenly, then remove and drain.
  3. For larger croquettes, drop from a tablespoon.
  4. Serve hot or cold.
