Ingredients

  • 2 tubs (10 oz. each) Brussels sprouts
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry

Instructions

  1. In a 2-quart casserole, cook Brussels sprouts and water at High for 10 to 11 minutes, or until tender.
  2. Cut each Brussels sprout in half and separate the leaves.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and add chopped pecans.
  4. Stir in dry sherry and cook until heated through.
  5. Add cooked Brussels sprouts to the pecan mixture and toss to combine.
