Dilled Garden Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, creamed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons carrots, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a blender container, combine cottage cheese and lemon juice. Cover; blend 3 to 5 minutes at medium speed or until smooth.
  2. Stir in shredded carrots, chopped green onion, chopped parsley, dill weed, sugar, and pepper.
  3. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
  4. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetable dippers.
