Dilled Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 can pink salmon (with bones and black skin removed)
  • 1 large dill pickle, chopped
  • 1 tsp. dill weed or seed
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (or 1 tsp. garlic powder)
  • 1 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
  • 1 beaten egg or 2 egg whites
  • soft bread crumbs (enough to absorb liquid)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together; bake in loaf pan (sprayed with Pam) for 35 to 45 minutes at 325° (or until done and still a little moist).
  2. Leftovers make good sandwiches.
