Ingredients

  • 1 turkey breast half with bone (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp fresh minced dill or 2 tsp crushed dried rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Place turkey breast half in a glass baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, minced parsley, chopped green onions, minced garlic, salt (if using), dill or crushed dried rosemary, and pepper.
  3. Spread the marinade over the turkey.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Remove turkey from marinade and reserve the marinade for cooking or serving.
