Ingredients

  • 3 cups baking mix
  • 1 1/4 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed or 1/2 teaspoon dill seed
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard or Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients just until moistened.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan.
  6. Loosen bread from sides of the pan, then remove and cool completely on a rack before slicing.
