Dilly Salmon Appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 (7 1/2 or 7 3/4 oz.) can Alaska salmon
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin ⓘ
- 3/4 c. chicken broth ⓘ
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or plain yogurt ⓘ
- 1/4 c. finely minced celery ⓘ
- 1/4 c. finely shredded fresh spinach ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice ⓘ
- 1 tsp. dry mustard ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce ⓘ

Instructions
- Drain salmon, reserving liquid; flake.
- Soften gelatin in reserved salmon liquid.
- Stir in chicken broth.
- Heat to dissolve gelatin completely.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
