Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 2 c. walnut halves, pecan halves, blanched whole almonds, raw peanuts, raw cashews or shelled pumpkin seed

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe casserole, combine butter or margarine, dill weed, and celery salt.
  2. Cook, uncovered, on high power for 30 to 40 seconds or until melted.
  3. Stir in the nuts.
  4. Cook, uncovered, for 6 to 7 minutes or until toasted, stirring every 2 minutes for the first 4 minutes, then every 20 seconds.
  5. Pour nuts onto a baking sheet; spread out to cool.
