Ingredients

  • 16 oz. package frozen mixed vegetables
  • Pillsbury all-ready pie crust (2 layers)
  • Package gravy mix
  • 3 to 4 cups cooked diced meat (chicken or roast)

Instructions

  1. Steam the mixed vegetables.
  2. Layer the bottom of the pie dish with the bottom crust.
  3. Prepare the gravy mix according to package instructions.
  4. Mix the cooked vegetables, prepared gravy, and diced meat together.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Cover the filling with the second layer of pie crust.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes until golden brown.
