Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup hot green peppers
  • salt to taste
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • dash of garlic salt or powder
  • 2 bunches of green onions
  • parsley as desired
  • Kitchen Bouquet (optional)
  • black pepper
  • red pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef, onions, bell peppers, hot green peppers, and seasonings in a skillet with a little fat until done.
  2. Add the cooked rice to the mixture and thoroughly mix.
  3. Optional: bake for a few minutes on low temperature.
