Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 23 saltines
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. Add sugar, crushed saltines, vanilla, and chopped nuts.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour into a well-greased 9 or 10-inch pie pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  6. Let cool.
  7. Spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
