Ingredients

  • egg
  • vanilla instant pudding
  • water
  • butterscotch instant pudding
  • yellow cake

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oil, vanilla, egg, water, vanilla instant pudding, and butterscotch instant pudding.
  3. Add the yellow cake mix to the wet ingredients.
  4. Mix together on low speed for about 1 minute until ingredients are just combined.
  5. Increase speed and beat for approximately another minute until smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
