- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oil, vanilla, egg, water, vanilla instant pudding, and butterscotch instant pudding.
- Add the yellow cake mix to the wet ingredients.
- Mix together on low speed for about 1 minute until ingredients are just combined.
- Increase speed and beat for approximately another minute until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
