Instructions
- Saute fish in hot oil briefly.
- Remove fish and set aside.
- Add garlic and vegetables and saute lightly.
- Add broth.
- Stir in heavy cream and milk, oyster sauce and fish.
- Heat through.
- Thicken a little with gravy flour.
