Ingredients

  • 5 nice doodlebugs
  • 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 2 deer tracks
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and wash the deer tracks until clean.
  2. Add the deer tracks, onions, cabbage, potatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper to a large pot.
  3. Stir well and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Cook until the vegetables are tender and the flavors meld, about 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of parsley before serving.
